Cutting Quarter Horse and Rider "Cutter"
Models made in San Marcos have separate horse and rider figurines, while those made in Monrovia and San Dimas are a one-piece mold. This model was not referred to as “#23” until the San Marcos years. During the early years, it was known only as B-689.
